Fiber V, A National Juried Exhibition

This October, LibertyTown Arts Workshop invites art lovers to experience Fiber V, the fifth installment of its much-loved fiber exhibition. This vibrant show celebrates the creativity, versatility, and ever-evolving possibilities of fiber art, bringing together a wide range of contemporary approaches to this wonderfully tactile medium.

Fiber art has come a long way from traditional notions of what it can be; and Fiber V embraces that spirit of exploration. Guests can expect to discover artwork incorporating weaving, dyeing, felting, sculpture, sewing, quilting, knitting, crochet, and so much more. The exhibition highlights just how expansive the world of fiber can be, with artists transforming familiar materials and techniques into imaginative works of art.

And the materials themselves are anything but limited. Cotton, wool, wood, paper, metal, synthetic materials, and other unexpected elements all have a place in the world of fiber art. Each artist brings a unique perspective, demonstrating how texture, color, pattern, structure, and craftsmanship can come together in surprising and beautiful ways.

Fiber V will be on display Friday, October 2, 2026 through Novemebr 1st, 2026 at LibertyTown Arts Workshop. Please join us for the show opening reception on First Friday, October 2, 2026 from 5pm-9pm.
