“SEEN: @LibertyTown, Viewing the Art of African American Artists in Fredericksburg” is one of two satellite shows (the other is over at the FCCA Gallery) held in conjunction with the Fredericksburg Area Museum (FAM). For the month of October, we have on display in our gallery five of the amazing artists (Leroy Brown, Dolores Williams-Bumbrey, Janette Holland, Carlos Moore, Angela Stone) featured in the FAM show and their extraordinary works of art. From bright colors to black and white these works of art range from painting and drawing to fiber and sculpture and bring a lot of impact and images for the viewers to explore. We highly encourage everyone to come by and experience this works in person. Also be sure to help us celebrate the artists by visiting us for the show opening on Friday. October 6 from 5-9pm. The show will be on display October 6 through October 29th.
