Feline Frenzy, A National Juried Exhibition

Did you know September is National Cat Month?
Well we did and knew exactly what to do: fill our gallery with cats, cats, and more cats.

We put out the call, the submissions came pouring in, and after a competitive jurying process, we’re thrilled to announce that our newest exhibition is Catastic!

Our walls are now filled with all things feline; from fat cats draped across windowsills to maracas playing cats. You’ll find cats mid-pounce, cats mid-nap, and cats giving us that signature “don’t-even-think-about-it” stare. There are protest cats, surreal cats, and cats so regal they have been memorialized in historic fashion. You’ll see images of big cats to domestic house cats, cats out and about, or curled inside boxes,  because of course they are.

The exhibit features work in ink, watercolor, acrylic, oil, kiln-formed glass, fiber, ceramic, photography, digital art, mixed media and more!  Each work captures the spirit, mischief, mystery, and elegance of our favorite whiskered companions.

Whether you’re a lifelong cat person or just appreciate a strong muse when you see one, this exhibit is a joyful, chaotic, and completely charming tribute to the world of cats.

Feline Frenzy is the cat exhibit you didn’t know you needed, but won’t want to miss.

Feline Frenzy, A National Juried Exhibition, is on display at LibertyTown from Friday, September 5, 2025, through Sunday, September 28, 2025.  We invite everyone to join for the exhibit opening reception on “First Friday”, September 5, 2025, from 5pm to 9pm for the opening!
