The art of storytelling has existed for as long as humans themselves, taking new form with each medium it interfaces with. In this class students will explore the art of storytelling through five mediums: Storytelling through Layers, Isometric Design, Flipbooks, Thaumatropes and Comic Strips. Students will collectively learn drawing facial expressions as well as still life and the concepts of basic animation, character and background design. Class is for ages 10-16.
