Welcome to our party request form! We are so excited to work with you to make your event special and memorable.

Below we have some required information to help us keep in touch with you (we do not sell your info to anyone).

Please note:

Private lessons start at $50/hr.
Private parties start at $45/person (minimum of 4 people).
Special pricing available for non-profit groups. Please use the form below to inquire about times and dates.
All party bookings are subject to the availability of the classrooms and instructors. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the class cost must be received for the party date and time to be secured. The balance of the party cost is due at the time of the party.
We usually respond to most class requests within 24hrs, though some delays of up to 72 hours may occur during holidays or other events. Please note that requests for classes less than one week away from the requested date are likely not possible.
Adult beverages can be served at any of our parties provided that all of the participants are over 21.

Clay Party

In our clay parties you have a few options to choose from: Hand Building or Wheel throwing. Classes are $45 per person, ages 6 and up for Hand Building and 10 and up for wheel. There is a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 12 for the Wheel and 15 for Hand Building. In both party types, pots should be ready for pick up 3-4 weeks after the class, though some delays may occur. The primary booking contact for the party will be contacted as soon as all pots are ready for pick up. All pots must be picked up within two months notification pick up.

Hand Building

With hand building you will work with slabbed, coiled, or pinched clay to form pots of all kinds! Projects can be customized to your party theme and we have dozens of options to choose from like mugs, bowls, cups, plates, vases, sculptures, and more! This option is great for kids 6-9, for people who want to make a specific object, or for folks who want to stay a bit cleaner than the pottery wheel allows. Depending on the project you may be able to also paint your piece with underglaze during the party. If no underglaze is selected at the end of class you will get to pick out a glaze color for each pot you make and we will happily glaze them for you prior to pick up.

Wheel Throwing

With Wheel Throwing is it’s all about the experience because learning to throw is a lot like rubbing your belly and patting your head at the same time, and that takes some skill building to get good at! In wheel throwing we will teach you the basics of throwing a pot on the potter’s wheel emphasizing skill building over product making. Because of this, wheel throwing is limited to ages 10 and up. We recommend that you wear clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting clay all over and that you plan to remove all watches and jewelry and tie back your hair during the class, because you will get messy. At the end of class you will get to pick out a glaze color for each pot you make and we will happily glaze them for you prior to pick up.

Glass Party

We offer glass fusing classes that are accessible to kids 6 and up and adults and we can accommodate 4-12 people per class, unless otherwise indicated below. We have basic classes that involve use of glass pieces to build sun catchers that eliminate the need to cut glass, all the way up to complex multi fired layered designs that require skill building. Below is a limited selection of popular projects. Costs vary based on project but range from $45 per person for simple projects to $220 per person for multi hour specialized lessons. Material costs are generally included, but occasionally additional costs may apply for special requests. You will be informed of those costs prior to booking, or if they arise in class, prior to committing to the cost. Projects are generally ready to pick up within a week of class.

Painting Party

We offer acrylic painting parties where projects can be customized to the party theme and skill set with advance notice so your painting party can be unique to your group! We can accommodate groups as large as 12 and the cost per person is $45. We recommend wearing clothes that may get paint. All projects will be able to go home with you same day, though some may need to be handled with care while they dry.
