Learn to turn fluffy fibers like wool into a continuous strand of yarn.   You will learn the parts of the spinning wheel, the basic mechanics of spinning, and practice spinning a continuous strand.  The goal of the course is to be comfortable trying out different spindles and wheels to determine your preferences, as well as learning the basics of spinning.  Bring your wheel or spindle if you have one or we have a few to practice on.  Fiber to spin is provided, but you may also bring your own.
