Kathleen Walsh is an indomitable painter. Working in oil and acrylic, both plein air and studio, her work is strongly impressionistic, no doubt influenced by her deep regard for the French and Spanish masters of the late nineteenth century. In her work one finds a clarity of hand, a sure stroke, a keen eye.
