About our Pottery Studio

LibertyTown Arts Workshop has a well-stocked and vibrant pottery studio. We have twelve wheels for use in classes or independent use, a large worktable, a slab roller, scales, ready-made glazes, under glazes, clay, chemicals, and lots and lots of tools.

Studio Rules

Pottery Studio Rules

The full rules of the room can be found here, but the basics are this:

  1. Be cool
  2. Leave the room a little bit better than you found it (i.e. The Campsite Rule)
  3. No cellphone calls or other disruptive conversations in the room
  4. Bring your own tools, towel, and apron.
  5. BE COOL.

Hours of operation are 10am-8pm Monday through Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sunday. The room is not always available though, due to classes or events.  Please contact us for information on room availability and the link to reserve time in the studio.
