
Cristina Piecuch is a Peruvian-American illustrator, printmaker, and designer originally from Arequipa, Perú, now based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She holds a BFA in Studio Art with an emphasis in Illustration. A lifelong student of art, she enjoys exploring new styles and mediums to bring her creative ideas to life.
Combining a love for printmaking and storytelling, Cristina has exhibited work in fine art galleries across the country. In 2019, she was selected from thousands of nationwide applicants to participate in the prestigious Society of Illustrators Student Scholarship Competition, which celebrates outstanding work by emerging illustrators.
When she is not busy carving a new linocut, Cristina enjoys working in editorial and narrative illustration, brand development, and merchandise design. Her clients range from individuals seeking visual storytelling to businesses building new or refreshed brand identities. Her work blends traditional and digital practices, celebrating the perfectly imperfect.
