One Day Specialty Workshop on making clay slump and press molds for hand building!
April 13th, 10am-4pm, Lunch from 12:30-1:30pm (lunch provided with workshop)
Come and join Kevin Rodrigue on April 13thfrom 10am to 4 pm for a Ceramic Mold making class!
Kevin will show you how to use found objects, existing dishes, and your own clay skills to create slump or press molds, using just clay…no troublesome plaster!. Each student will create molds during class and will use one of Kevin’s example molds to practicing using a mold once it is fired. Kevin has even made molds for you to take with you as well! Class cost includes all materials and tools needed. Advanced tools (cutters, stamps and finishing ribs) will be available for purchase during class and through the front desk.

Tools needed for class:
We will be using, ribs for smoothing and needle tools, as well as rollers and will provide them for you. If you have these already in your arsenal and prefer to use your own, bring them along!
